All sales and subscriptions are final. Returns for damaged or defective discs are accepted within a period of 14 days from the original date of purchase. Damaged or defective discs will be replaced with the same item originally purchased. If the damaged or defective item purchased is no longer in stock at the time that the return is received by Full Tilt Remix, we will replace the item with a SINGLE item of equal value. Full Tilt Remix will NOT substitute a damaged or defective item for a different item if the original item is still in stock.

Full Tilt Remix will supply the buyer with a postage-paid return envelope to return any damaged or defective discs.

Any known violation of Full Tilt Remix's terms of use agreement on the part of the customer negates our return policy in its entirety.

Special Note Regarding Our CDs:

If a Full Tilt Remix CD that you purchase does NOT read or play properly in the CD-ROM drive of your computer, it does not necessarily mean that the disc you have received is defective. Given the wide range of variables that exist when dealing with computers (software, operating systems, settings, etc), more often than not we have found that most problems encountered when attempting to use a Full Tilt Remix in a computer CD-ROM drive are typically related to the computer and/or its software rather than the disc itself.

We will gladly attempt to help any customer of ours troubleshoot computer-related issues but we ask you do the following FIRST before contacting us:

1. Check the physical playing surface of the disc for any scratches, cracks, or other imperfections.

2. Verify that the disc plays properly in an audio CD player.

3. Test several non-Full Tilt Remix audio CDs in your CD-ROM to see if the drive recognizes them or not.

All customers MUST fill out and return the "Terms Of Use Agreement" form before we can ship your order.  This form needs to be completed only ONCE. Please print and sign the agreement and fax to (800) 477-1583. We keep your signed agreement on file for all future purposes.
